missingWrote a review on 05 Novfine lagoon viewlimited dining options
The ambiance is perfect for relaxation, but
We did face some challenges with the noise from the event area near our room. The staff were accommodating and the lagoon view was fine. We found the dining options limited and not as satisfying as we hoped.

Clean hotel with consistently courteous and accommodating employees on top of customer Service. Huge twin/double room with a lagoon view. Variety of fantastic food at breakfast time. Great way to end our trip...

The unit we got was a nice size with beautiful marble bathroom, the view of lagoons, as for instance. The breakfast offered was sensational for asian taste.

The resort offers beautiful views and a lovely swim-up bar. The dining options were disappointing and some facilities were closed during our stay. Though the staff was friendly, we encountered some unprofessional behavior that affected our experience.

The staff were excellent, always there without imposing. The facilities and activities are what you would expect of a resort and the ambiance is 2nd to none. Definitely the best family resort in Cebu, a pleasure for sure.

The serene atmosphere with beautiful lagoons and lush gardens was good, offering easy pathways for leisurely strolls. The dining options were quite limited and overpriced, which made meals a hassle. I appreciated the excellent spa services, especially the traditional massages, which were a highlight of our stay. The hotel is well-maintained, but the food quality needs improvement to match the 5-star experience.

Staff was frinedly and they transport you within the resort on golf buggies. Lots of activities to keep you busy. The view from your room over the lagoon.
Was a bit expensive but not to bad for the service you get.

The conformt of the place spa is nice.
Beach is very small. Food and breakfast was expensive and food quality not good for the price. Price is high price in booking was a little higher that directly on the hotel.

It was just a smart choice for a short weekend trip in Lapu-Lapu City with a reasonable price. The staff member Maribel was helpful in finding us a better room. Always check for extra charges on amenities.

My kids loved it. They have been to hotels all over the world, but they tell me that this is there favourite. "It's awesome!" They are 8 and 9 years old, and the pools and entertainment were ideal for their age group. And I was utterly delighted with the consistently top quality service we received from every member of your staff. Well done! I am a picky traveller, so when I say I think your resort was excellent I really mean it.

A very well laid out facility. Recommended to all
We did not receive the original booked room. The alternative was good, however we had to wait for two hours before it was released to us.

So we spent our time at this place and the lagoon-side pool was fantastic for the kids. Plus the spa was an experience unlike any other, soothing after a long day. They took care of every detail, really seemed like we were treated like royalty, you know, without the whole ego stuff.
It wasn't exactly cheap but you get what you pay for, kind of deal.

the staff were friendly and helpful.. the room was spacious.. lovely bathroom
the lagoon area was tired and needs upgrading. the hotel was expensive ..the food was expensive.. 15 pounds each for breakfast was extortionate as it was not a 5* hotel by any stretch of the imagination. we were not aware that July to November was the rainy season.. the weather was dull.(.not the hotel's fault obviously), but we were bored a lot of the time and the entertainment was ruined every evening by the rain!!

I like the nature and the swimming pools and walk ways ..and in somehow I like the "no tipping" policy although its weard and I like the staff smile and help and the quick response of any request.
1- its terrible transportation to the city of cebu or the malls or anywhere. 2- the food policy is very bad .. you cant walk around for food and the food inside the hotel are overpriced against the quality. 3- all restaurants are closed by 11 pm or 12 which make no place to go out for fun at all :-( I hope they can make a club where resedence can network and enjoy the fun that the place provide
